Find a position that feels comfortableâlying down or sitting is equally welcome

Thereâs no need to focus hard; letting the voice wash over you is enough

If your thoughts wander, thatâs okayâjust return to the sound

You donât have to finish the meditation to benefit from it
Some nights, you may listen with full attention.
Other nights, you may drift in and out of sleep.
Both are perfectly fine.

Drag the slider to set the perfect volume

Hold the Volume Down button on the device

Hold the Light button on the device
đ Pair Your Device
Plug it in, turn it on, and hold the bottom button until the light flashes.
Then open the Hotmoon App, tap âAdd Device,â and follow the steps to connect.

It is designed for personal use.
If someone else needs control, just have them log in with your Hotmoon account â full access, no limits.
