30-Day Refund Policy
For any reason, undamaged products can be fully refunded within 30 days after the delivery date to the shipping address. Once the item is returned to Hotmoon's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
Normally, customer need to cover the shipping cost of the return package if there is no quality problem with the product.Ā
If there is a quality problem with the product, customer can choose a free replacement or full refund.
Refunds will be returned to the original account within 3 working days after receiving the returned package or the proof of the damaged product.
