30-Day Refund Policy
For any reason, undamaged products can be fully refunded within 30 days after the delivery date to the shipping address. Once the item is returned to Hotmoon's warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.
Normally, customer need to cover the shipping cost of the return package if there is no quality problem with the product.
If there is a quality problem with the product, customer can choose a free replacement or full refund.
Refunds will be returned to the original account within 3 working days after receiving the returned package or the proof of the damaged product.
If you find that the product is damaged or missing after receiving the package, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following information:
1. Order number
2. 3 clear photos containing ① Outer package with SKU label ② Outer package with waybill information ③ Product quantity or damaged product photos.
3. Once confirmed, our support team will help to arrange the replacement for you.
Important: We cannot arrange the replacement if you fail to provide the above information.
- Returns must include all accessories;
- Items must include original packaging;
- For warranty claims not related to product quality, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs;
- For warranty claims related to product quality, Hotmoon will refund the full cost of the product.
- If the product does not meet the requirements above, the return request may be rejected.
- Price differences cannot be refunded on Limited Time Deals.
- Price differences cannot be refunded on Amazon's Black Friday Deals or Cyber Monday Deals.
Refund requests for the 30-day return policy expire 30 days after the warranty claim is made. For non-quality-related issues with expired warranties, returns will not be processed.Contact info
