Every month, we answer some of the questions we hear most often from our community. Whether you're new to Hotmoon or have been using your device for a while, these quick tips can help you get even more out of your bedtime routine.


How do I delete an alarm?

Deleting an alarm only takes a second.

Simply swipe left on the alarm you'd like to remove, then tap Delete.


My clock isn't showing the correct time. How can I fix it?

Your Hotmoon device automatically syncs its clock with your phone whenever it's connected through the app.

If the time is incorrect:

  1. Open the Hotmoon app and connect your device.

  2. Tap your Device Card to open My Plan.

  3. Tap the Settings icon in the upper-right corner.

  4. Select Time Calibration.

Your device will update to the correct time.


Can I make the clock turn on and off at specific times?

Yes! You can schedule when the clock display is visible.

Go to Device Card β†’ Settings β†’ Clock Brightness.

There, you can customize Day Brightness and Night Brightness time periods. The clock display will automatically adjust according to the schedule you set.


Can I listen to Hotmoon sounds on my phone instead of the device?

Absolutely.

Simply open the Cloud tab in the Hotmoon app and tap any sound to play it directly on your phone. No device connection is required.

It's a great option when you're traveling, taking a break at work, or relaxing away from home.


How do I schedule my device to turn on and off automatically?

Use the Schedule feature in the Hotmoon app.

Open the Schedule section, choose your preferred start time and end time, then save your schedule. Your device will automatically power on and off according to the times you've selected.
