What do sound machine mode and Bluetooth speaker mode mean?
Sound machine mode: You can control and customize Mona Pro, but all content of the "Cloud" section can be played only by your phone.
Bluetooth speaker mode: Mona Pro works as a Bluetooth speaker, and all content of the "Cloud" section can be played by Mona Pro.
Why do I need to offer geographic location permission?
Due to the requirements of the Android system, the OS below 12 must obtain geographic location permission when connecting via Bluetooth.
How to turn off any schedule I set?
Press any button on Mona Pro to stop the schedule. If you want to terminate the schedule, go to "my schedule" in the app to edit.
How to re-connect my Mona Pro?
1. Uninstall and download the latest version of the Hotmoon app. During the installation process, agree to the mobile phone permissions requested by the application.
2. After the device is powered on, simultaneously long-press the "Volume Down" and "Light Up" buttons on the Mona Pro until the device's white light flashes.
3. Open the Hotmoon app - navigate to "Device" - select "Add Device" - choose "Mona Pro", and follow the in-app guide to complete the connection process.
I cannot unlock the VIP content of the Hotmoon app.
Only the account that is being paired with Mona Pro can unlock the VIP content. If account A gives Mona Pro to account B after pairing, then account B can unlock the VIP content after pairing, while account A could just enjoy other features except unlocking the VIP content
How to turn off the sound or light separately?
Turn off the sound: long press the "Volume Down " button to turn off the sound.
Turn off the light: long press the "Light Down " button to turn off the light.
Can I connect a Bluetooth earphone?
Can't. Mona Pro provides a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Can Mona Pro play other app’s sound such as TikTok?
In "Bluetooth Speaker Mode", it can. But in "Sound Machine Mode", you have to enjoy any other app’s sound via phone.

Why can't the mix I set be saved to the device?
Mona Pro does not support saving any DIY mix to the device. The DIY mix set by the user is saved in the cloud and can be played though Mona Pro in the Bluetooth speaker mode.
