No. The stand-alone Luna works independently and does not require the Hotmoon app.

Ensure the product is properly connected to a 5V/1A power supply and the connection is not loose.

(1) Make sure the alarm icon is on. Press “Alarm 1” or “Alarm 2” (bottom button) to enable/disable the alarm.

(2) Check if the alarm volume is too low (30 levels available). 

(3) Toggle the alarm off and on again to flash the set alarm time on the clock and verify it is correct.

(4) Verify the AM/PM setting is correct.

Press the “Clock Brightness Adjustment” button to cycle through 5 brightness levels and Off. Press and hold for Level 1, press again for Level 4.

Yes. Luna includes a USB-to-USB-C power cable. A 5V/1A USB power adapter is not included, but you can use a standard USB power adapter, such as a phone charger. Luna must be connected to a power source to operate and does not have a built-in battery.
