How do I turn off the sound and light on my Cocoon 2?
Cocoon 2 is currently available in two versions. If your device has a Play/Pause button instead of a Power button:
To turn both the sound and light off completely, simply turn off each one using the buttons above.
Can I play my own music on Cocoon 2?
No. The stand-alone Cocoon 2 does not support Bluetooth or music streaming from a phone.
Does Cocoon 2 need the Hotmoon app?
No. The stand-alone Cocoon 2 works independently and does not require the Hotmoon app.
Why isn't my Cocoon 2 responding to the buttons?
Make sure the device is powered on. If it still doesn't respond, unplug and reconnect the power cord, then try again.
Does Cocoon 2 remember my settings after I unplug it?
Yes. Cocoon 2 remembers your settings even after you unplug the device.
Can I turn off the indicator light when the timer is active?
No. The corresponding indicator light will remain on while the timer is active.
Does Cocoon 2 come with a power cable?
Yes. Cocoon 2 includes a USB-to-USB-C power cable. A 5V/1A USB power adapter is not included, but you can use a standard USB power adapter, such as a phone charger. Cocoon 2 must be connected to a power source to operate and does not have a built-in battery.
